In April 2006, Rep. Inglis co-signed Rep. Wolf's letter to Sec. Rice urging appointment of a Special Envoy to Darfur.
On February 15, 2006 he co-signed Reps. Payne/Tancredo letter to President Bush about extreme concern over the increasingly calamitous situation in Darfur, Sudan and lack of progress on implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
On October 28, 2005 Rep. Inglis co-signed Rep. Capuano's letter to Sec. Rice expressing deep concern about recent developments in Darfur, delay in the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) and an apparent shift in US policy towards the Government of Sudan.
